Concept: The JWDA pendant is part of a series of lamps inspired by traditional oil lamps. These are lamps created in honest materials – concrete and brass. The Stockholm-based designer, Jonas Wagell, has transformed these materials into a raw, yet elegant lighting design. The JWDA lamp is a minimalistic lamp without unnecessary details, but maintains a strong character at the same time. The round shape brings warmth and atmosphere. The design of the lamp is based on the meeting of contrasts. Therefore it is created as a combination of concrete, fine Glasss, and the heavy brass.The lamp has a dimmer, and is therefore perfect above the dining table or the desk.This goes along Jonas’ mission to create products that can be used every day and become a part of people’s lives". Available in brushed steel, light grey/brass, and metallic.
