Claim process

Step 1:
  • Fill out the claim form to the left

Step 2:
  • Please add a description and picture of the problem.
  • If you are reporting a shipping damage, you will need to attach pictures of the packaging from all sides as well as the shipping label.

Step 3:
  • We process your claim
  • This process normally takes 7-10 business days.
  • If your claim is approved, we will contact you with a solution. This is either a replacement or a repair.
