The Bestlite BL1 The table lamp has become known all over the world with its sought-after design. The world-renowned Prime Minister of Great Britain, Winston Churchill, personally selected the Bestlite BL1 as the table lamp to be placed on his desk. Churchill even took the lamp with him on his countless trips around the world. This was the big breakthrough for Bestlite, which has also made it a design classic today. The minimalist, yet distinctive design means that the BL1 fits in everywhere. Whether it is on the desk in the home office, the creative corner or as the lighting by your bedside table. Bestlite is permanently exhibited at both the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Design Museum in London.

The Bestlite 90th Anniversary Edition was created to pay tribute to the fact that it has been 90 years since Robert Dudley Best introduced the Bestlite design in 1930. Each variant, BL1, 3, 5, & 7 will be produced in a limited quantity of 300 pieces. in a nickel finish. The lamps also come with a certificate that tells you which product number each specific lamp has.
