The Hornbæk lamp was developed for CORI Hornbæk Hotel and is based on the atmosphere along the Danish north coast, where wind, sea and maritime references characterize the design. The lamp combines a folded shade inspired by sails with a hand-glazed ceramic base and an elegant handle in antique brass, which gives a balanced expression between the soft and the more robust. The portable function makes it easy to move the lamp around between different rooms and outdoor areas, where it adds warm and comfortable lighting. The design works naturally both indoors and outdoors and creates a calm and atmospheric atmosphere regardless of location.
