Designer: Louis Weisdorf
Concept:
The Multi-Lite floor lamp was first designed in 1972 by Louis Weisdorf. The lamp pays homage to the Danish golden age with its characteristic shape. The base of the lamp consists of two cylindrical shapes, where the metal ring around creates a point of rotation for the two outer mobile shades. These two shades can be rotated and give the lamp several kinds of combinations and expressions. By rotating the two shades, the Multi-Lite The floor lamp emit different kinds of light; directly upwards, downwards, or an asymmetrical artistic light. The GUBI Multi-Lite floor lamp, therefore, fits perfectly into the living room or office, as it provides light at will. The floor lamp is available in four different colors - Brass & Black, Pure Brass, Pure Chrome, and Chrome & White.
