The oblong pattern provides ample opportunity to cover round tables perfectly. Born in Connecticut, USA, George Nelson was one of the most influential figures in the early years of modern design. Studying architecture at Yale, he believed that the designer was meant to make the world a better place using the perfection of nature's creations. He is one of the people behind changes and progresses in the history of the world. In a time outwith his own, his designs are still built and produced and the Nelson Bubble series is the latest contribution from HAY. With several of his designs at play, the lamp series it already a hit with HAY.
