Design: Snorre Læssøe Stephensen, 1962
Concept: The KYO jug was designed by the Danish ceramicist Snorre Læssøe Stephensen, a ceramicist who is considered one of the ancestors of the Danish ceramic tradition. The jug is made of several different brilliant glazes, which together with the ceramic, gives the feeling of warmth and calm. The KYO jug is made as a jug, but the elegant jug can also be used as a vase for a beautiful composition of flowers, or another kind of decorative composition.
