Design: Charlotte Perriand, 1962-77
Concept: The simple wall lamp Applique À Volet Pivotant from NEMO was designed by the French architect and designer Charlotte Perriand. She had a large interest in moveable shades, which with a simple touch can change the light, point it in the desired direction and determine the brightness in the room. This is precisely what the moving diffuser "volet" can do. The lamp provides a nice indirect light and is directed primarily towards the wall, which casts pleasant light into the room. The wall light is optimal for use in the bedroom next to the bed, or in the living room by the sofa area - Places where it is desirable to create subdued and cozy lighting when desired.
The Applique À Volet Pivotant the wall light is available in three different versions. One with an R7S socket, one with a built-in LED and one with an E14 socket. The LED version cannot be dimmed and the other two have none dimmable function but are compatible with dimmable light sources.
