The Applique À Volet Pivotant series was designed in 1962 by Charlotte Perriand for her mountain chalet in Méribel in the French Alps. The lamp features an adjustable aluminum volet and a sturdy metal structure that combines function and iconic design.

This lamp is an outdoor version of the original Applique À Volet Pivotant lamp. The lamp has an IP rating of 54, making it ideal for outdoor or semi-covered areas. The lamp provides indirect light against the wall combined with an orientable, wide light field, creating both mood and functional lighting.
