Shipping and delivery
As a rule, we only ship your order when all items are in stock. If you would like us to deliver the items that are in stock right away, please contact our customer service at info@andlight.hr or tel: +45 44 44 62 44 . If your order is delivered in partial deliveries and thus shipped in several batches, you do not have to pay for additional shipping - if you have chosen a free shipping method, all partial deliveries will be free of charge.
We work with several different shipping companies such as Bring, Postnord, FedEx, DHL, our own carrier and courier service to achieve the shortest possible delivery time. In addition to a free shipping method throughout Danmark and most countries within the EU, AndLight also delivers at favorable prices to many other countries outside the EU.
AndLight offers delivery to a parcel shop or private delivery. Delivery of products with a certain size will be delivered to the curb. This will be stated when you select your preferred delivery method. All shipments with Dacsher will only be delivered to the curb. If you would like heavy goods carried into your home, then this is available for an additional charge.
If delivery to a desired country is not listed as an option in the shopping cart, you can contact us, and we will try to find alternative options. However, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply when an order is to be delivered to a country outside the EU. You will have to pay for these costs yourself. As customs rules vary from country to country, we advise you to contact your local customs authorities for more details.
At AndLight, you have the option to view the delivery time for each product. This allows you to assess whether the stated delivery time fits into your time frame. When ordering stock items at AndLight, you can usually expect the order to arrive within 5 days business days after ordering.
Items that we do not have in stock also have an expected delivery time stated. The delivery time for non-stock items varies depending on the individual manufacturer. You should therefore be aware of any differences in delivery time for non-stock items. Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with information about the expected delivery time. When the order is shipped from AndLight's warehouse, you will also receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow the journey of your order.
AndLight reserves the right to cancel orders on discontinued items and items that are on backorder. AndLight cannot be held responsible for delays and possible costs due to delays.
Please note that shipping companies may deliver your order to a different parcel shop than the one you have chosen if there is a lack of space at the chosen parcel shop.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are shipped under DAP Incoterms 2010 terms.
Receiving your order
To minimize resource waste and thus better care for the environment, we sometimes pack with boxes from other products than where your item(s) are from.
When you receive your order from AndLight, we encourage you to check the packaging for any damage before acknowledging receipt. If there is any damage to the packaging, please sign the delivery note with: "Package damaged" or "Received with reservations". The package can then be received, and the receipt saved.
In the unfortunate event that not only the packaging but also the contents/goods are damaged, please contact AndLight as soon as possible with information about the order number. It is important in such cases that all packaging is retained, as this will be used as documentation of the shipping damage.
We ask that you notify us of damage or missing items within 24 hours of receipt, any later than this may result in the carrier rejecting your claim.
We would like to point out that if you as a customer give permission for the package to be left at the agreed delivery point without a receipt, there may be questions about when any damage to the product occurred. We therefore recommend that you only use this option if it is absolutely necessary. In these situations, there may be cases where a product cannot be replaced.
Return and cancellation policy
As a consumer, you have a 365-day return policy when you shop with us. This consists of a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with current legislation and an extended right of return from the 15th to the 365th day.
Right of withdrawal 0-14 days
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.
If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must send an unequivocal message to this effect and return the order. Only when AndLight has received your order will the money be refunded to you. The notification must be sent to info@andlight.hr or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you can find here.
The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice at the same time. AndLight is thus not obliged to refund the money to you until a notice of withdrawal has been received, even if an unclaimed item has been delivered back to AndLight.
Extended 15th-365th day return policy
If you wish to return your order after your right of withdrawal has expired, you have until 365 days after receipt of the goods to send an unequivocal notification that you wish to return your purchase and send the order back. Only when AndLight has received your order will the money be refunded to you. The notification must be made by info@andlight.hr , in which you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of return.
When you purchase an item in our showroom, you also have a 365-day return policy.
Companies and public institutions can return goods for up to 1000 EUR. There is no right of return if the sum of the returned goods exceeds 1000 EUR.
Requirements for returns
Returns of your order must be made without undue delay and no later than 365 days after you have received your order. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return shipment of the order and bear the risk of the order from the time it is delivered for shipment.
Products must be returned in their original packaging. The packaging must be resaleable condition. This is because the packaging contains useful information about the product's use and specifications, which is necessary information for our other customers. Since new packaging cannot be obtained for the products, the packaging has significant value for the product. No other stickers may be placed directly on the original packaging or written directly on it. We emphasize that destruction or return in non-original packaging has an impact on our ability to give a full refund.
Some items cannot be returned by regular carriers. This applies to large and/or fragile products. We therefore recommend that you return your order via the same shipping method as it was delivered to you. This means that if you received your order on a pallet, the order must also be returned to AndLight on a pallet. The cost of returning these items is expected to cost a maximum of 300 EUR.
If you need to return an order, it should be sent to:
Royal Design Group AB Returavdelningen Gate 1 Porfyrvägen 2 38237 Nybro Sverige
When you have sent an item based on the right of withdrawal or return, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process of handling your return.
The condition of the product when you return it
When you return an order and send it back to us, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product. A deterioration is caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. In other words, you can test products in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store. If the products have been tried beyond this, we consider them used. This means that when returning an order, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the product. You may test the products, but not actually use them. For example, a fixed installation of a lamp would be considered actual use.
Refund
We may withhold the refund until we have received the return order, unless you have provided proof of return by then.
If you wish to return an order delivered by pallet shipment and have refused receipt of this pallet, we reserve the right to deduct 100 EUR from the return amount to cover additional shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of return, we will refund all payments received from you within 14 business days from the date we have received your return order. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
AndLight does not accept returned items unless they are directly shipped to our specified address and do not necessitate the receiver to incur any costs.
When returning products, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, the amount of the depreciation will be deducted from the purchase price of the product.
Partial returns
If you have received a volume discount and then return part of the purchase, the condition for receiving a volume discount is no longer met. You will not be entitled to the value of the discount on the remaining purchase that you choose to keep.
If you as a private customer have received a special offer including more than one product from AndLight, you can use the option to partially return your order, but upon return, your entire discount will be canceled.
Defective goods
AndLight will cover the cost of return transportation in the event of incorrect delivery or receipt of defective products. If you have received an incorrect product or a malfunctioning product, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. We will then send a paid postal receipt, which you simply need to attach to the package and then deliver to the post office for shipment. Unless otherwise agreed, we will exchange and send a new product as soon as we have received the faulty or defective product. Read more and register your faulty item here.
We kindly ask you to include a copy of your order confirmation in the packaging or a note with the order number, as this helps our returns department and speeds up the process.
Right of complaint
We abide by the consumer law, which means you have the right to make a claim for two years after you have received a faulty item. This is provided you have followed any relevant instructions for care and have handled the products with normal caution and care. In the case of a claim, please contact customer service who will help you through the process. They will ask you for picture proof which clearly shows the fault/defect.
In the event of a claim, the fault must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the fault has been discovered. Reporting a fault in the product within two (2) months of you discovering the fault or within two (2) months from when you should have discovered the fault is always considered to be within a reasonable time. We strongly recommend inspecting the product as soon as possible after receiving it, so that any possible fault can be discovered immediately, and that there can be no doubt that the damage was not inflicted after you received it. If customer service has approved your claim and has asked you to send the product back to us, we cover return shipping.
When returning the item, please specify what the complaint is about the item.
Please note that we do not accept returned items unless they are directly shipped to our specified address and do not necessitate the receiver to incur any costs.
Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging. We also recommend that you get a receipt with proof and amount of shipment so that you have documentation of your shipping costs.
When you have sent an item based on a complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email, you will receive information about the further process of handling your complaint.
Online Trust Mark
AndLight is approved by the Danish e-commerce foundation to use the e-mark. The e-mark is a Danish labelling scheme for safe and responsible online shopping.
The e-mark has been awarded to andlight.hr, as our website complies with both legal requirements and the Danish e-commerce foundation's special requirements for correct and ethical online behaviour.
As a customer, the e-mark ensures:

That the receipt of electronic advertising and newsletters will only be sent when you have explicitly agreed to this.
That it will be clear which company you are doing business with.
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, please contact info@andlight.hr. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus.
To be able to complain, the product or service you want to complain about must have cost a minimum of DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000.
The Danish E-Commerce Foundation regularly checks that e-marked websites meet the above requirements.

The credit card information is transmitted via AndLight to PBS on a secure and encrypted SSL connection. We do not and will never see your card details, as this part of the transaction is handled by a PBS certified payment processor.
You are in a good legal position if you pay by card online, as you can get your money back if:

Transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA
As a general principle, we only process your personal data within the EU/EEA. If your personal data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we will make sure that such processing is either based on a decision from the EU Commission establishing that the country in question ensures an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards that ensure that your rights are protected or if we conclude that such processing can be based on another ground for transfer in accordance with GDPR.
Your personal data will be transferred outside the EU/EEA in the following cases:
To our IT-suppliers that are located outside of the EU/EEA. However, to protect your personal data and minimize the risk of it being transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that your personal data is stored exclusively on servers of our IT suppliers that are situated within the EU/EEA.
If you visit and communicate with us on our social media channels (e.g. Facebook and YouTube), your personal data will be transferred outside the EU/EEA. One reason being that many of these companies are based in the United States.
If you visit our websites and have consented to analytics and marketing, your personal data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA to the companies which provide the service to analyse the website and provide the marketing services, e.g. Google (including YouTube), Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
We also rely on an adequacy decision regarding most transfers to the US, when our American suppliers are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can find the adequacy decision for the US here. For example, Google and Meta are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can find their certifications by searching for their names on the Data Privacy Framework website.
In the absence of an adequacy decision, or when our transfer is not protected under an adequacy decision, we and our suppliers will instead rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 46.2 c GDPR) module 1 and module 2, and supplementary security measures for the transfer of personal data outside of the EU/EEA. We will rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses when your personal data is processed through for example TikTok which can transfer your personal data to China. The use of Standard Contractual Clauses is an effort to provide a safe transfer of your personal data. You can find the Standard Contractual Clauses here.
If you want to know more about where your personal data will be processed, please feel free to contact us.

Cookie Policy
Cookies
A cookie is a term for the fact that a user's behavior on a network is registered by the user (on the user's hard drive). In this way, the user can be recognized on, for example, a website on the next visit.
No personally identifiable information is stored in a cookie, but rather information about the user's behavior on a website - e.g. username for login on a website. A cookie is stored on the user's hard disk along with cached files. A cookie is a text file that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. You can set your browser to inform you when you receive a cookie or you can disable cookies altogether. The only thing these cookies are used for is to recognize your computer.
Technically, cookies can be divided into two types. One type is called "Session cookies" - they keep track of what you put in your shopping cart as you navigate around the online store. "Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.
The second type of cookie is called a "persistent cookie" - they are stored as a text file on your computer for about a month. A "persistent cookie" helps our server to recognize your computer the next time you log in to our website.
andlight.hr uses cookies to optimize the website and its functionality and thus make your visit as easy as possible for you.
You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. Here's how to do it in some of the most popular browsers:
Google Chrome: Go to 'Settings' -> 'Privacy and security' -> 'Clear browsing data' -> Select 'Cookies and other website data' and click 'Clear data'.
Mozilla Firefox: Select 'Options' -> 'Privacy & Security' -> 'Cookies and site data' -> 'Clear data'.
Microsoft Edge: Go to 'Settings' -> 'Privacy, search and services' -> Under 'Clear browsing data' select 'Choose what to clear' -> Select 'Cookies and other website data' and click 'Clear now'.
Safari (on Mac): Select 'Safari' -> 'Preferences' -> 'Privacy' -> 'Manage website data' and choose to remove cookies.
